This website is operated by Pippi & Me Ceramics.   Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pippi & Me Ceramics. Pippi & Me Ceramics offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

The information displayed on our website it correct to the best of our knowledge at time of publication. However Pippi & Me Ceramics gives no guarantees, warranties or assurances of any kind that the site is error free and reserves the right to make modifications at any time without prior notification.

Description of Goods & Services:

Pippi & Me are a ceramics manufacturer, we sell pottery to the public via our website & locally at Pop-up shops and events.

Delivery:

Online orders:

We aim to process all online orders as quickly as possible but due to the nature of handmade items please allow around 2 - 3 working days for dispatch. We usually post everything with Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery. Or for bigger orders it’s sent with Parcel Force, and tracking number should be sent to you.

Please note Studio is officially closed Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesdays, (although we are often busy making pottery and loading the kilns), so these are not seen as working days.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will endeavour to keep the site fully updated with new products and removing old ones. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you with alternative options, and will get in touch as soon as we can.

Payments:

All transactions are in £Sterling.

Online orders must be paid for before dispatch, orders can be paid for via Paypal or card payments.

Product care:

All our pieces are handmade & if handled with care should last many years.  However from time to time there may be weaknesses from production which can’t initially be seen, so if breakages occur within the first month, we will be happy to replace a broken piece – so long as it wasn’t caused by human error!

All our pieces are dishwasher safe (top shelf) and pieces which do not have any gold on them are also microwave safe.

Returns:

If you are unhappy with any products purchased from us we will accept returns at your own cost within 14 days of purchase, unless they are damaged in which case we will refund postage costs.

If you wish to cancel an order please let us know as quickly as possible before we dispatch your order.
